Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. We make every effort to dispatch your items as quickly as possible.
Domestic ShippingAfter processing, orders are shipped via Ground Advantage and Priority Mail, depending on the package size. The typical transit time is 1-3 business days for Priority Mail and 2-5 business days for Ground Advantage.
International Shipping: Currently, Solbliss does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to orders, with the rate determined at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Free Local Delivery: We offer free delivery in Metuchen, New Jersey. If your delivery address falls within this area, the shipping fee will be waived automatically at checkout.
Free Shipping: For orders over $100, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please check our website for current offers and applicable terms.

Address and Order Issues

Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at support@solbliss.co. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. If the order has already been dispatched, we are not responsible for any errors or the additional cost of re-shipping.
Non-Delivery: In cases where an order cannot be delivered due to issues with the provided address, we will attempt to contact you for an update. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order may be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Domestic Orders: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at support@solbliss.co. We will investigate and assist in resolving the issue promptly. Note that a parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for more than 15 business days.

No Pickup Option

Please note that Solbliss, based in New Jersey, does not offer a pickup option for orders at this time. All orders will be shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.
